I totally agree with Scott Hamilton when he says that people with disabilities only in life is the wrong attitude. I strongly believe that disability is not a curse or a punishment from God for some wrongdoing. No, I feel people can live a normal life like normal people. Even disabled people more determined to overcome this barrier and did not want to get sympathy from people. I remember watching a video clip of people with disabilities who do not have hands but writing with a pen held in his mouth. These guys really inspire us to work harder and turn weaknesses into strengths.
While selecting a college there are certain points that people with disabilities should be evaluated before applying to college is desired.
* Easily accessible campus and buses are available 24×7 with special needs.
* Office has a full-time staff to answer questions from people with disabilities.
* Assistance is available in the form of aide or nurse for people with severe disabilities.
* Course curriculum and extra tutoring for those left in the classroom.
* Extra curricular activities are designed for people with disabilities and coaching for people who are able to get into the Paralympic Games.
