In the last century, schools were not available to everyone. School was a luxury few can afford, not necessarily because it is expensive but because it selectively. Minorities are not hard to go to school, nor do women in some places, or farmers in others and in some places people do not even belong to certain races, such as African-Americans. In the first place, a school for moderate special needs children have proven their inefficiency. They do not seem sufficient to stimulate the cognitive resources of children and in addition they do not contribute to the socio-emotional development of children. Being in a special school puts a permanent stigma on them and they also failed to integrate the children in the community later. Of course, a special school for children is needed badly affected that represent a threat to other children or are too distracted to be solely under the supervision of specialist non-life or physical. But in schools we can find also children who have a less serious disorder or problem. Disability is something that many people learn to live with. But many many not be able to take a decent education with disabilities. There are a large number of diseases, illnesses, and problems in general, different defects that make disabled people are calm, preventing him from taking education as a regular student.
